Nice rental homes in this area are hard to find. Why live in an apartment where you have to listen to your neighbors watching late night TV, stomping around, and running water before dawn, when you can live in a lovely home in a rural community.

Terms

• $1445/month.
  • Discount: $50 rebate for each month of on time payment and for handling minor maintenance.
    This lowers the monthly rent to $1395.
• First and last month's rent plus $995 security deposit due on signing of one year rental agreement. Month-to-month rental agreement available after completion of initial rental term.
• Unfurnished, utilities not included. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and clearing the driveway in the winter, but a lawnmower is provided. The house has two heating zones (one upstairs, one downstairs) and programmable thermostats.
• Will consider rent to own.
• No dogs with few exceptions. Other pets are negotiable. May have
  associated additional monthly fee and deposit.
• Sorry, absolutely no smokers, indoors, outdoors or otherwise.
• Credit, employment check, and recent rental references are required.
