• Unfurnished, utilities not included. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and clearing the driveway in the winter. Electric heat with programmable thermostats, propane fireplace.
• One well-behaved, quiet pet is possible. May have associated additional monthly fee and/or deposit.
• Sorry, absolutely no smokers - quitting, outdoor or otherwise.
• Credit, employment check, and recent rental references are required.
