• First and last month's rent plus $975 security deposit due on signing of one year rental agreement. Month-to-month rental agreement possible after completion of initial rental term.
• Unfurnished, utilities not included.
• No dogs with few exceptions. Other pets are negotiable. May have
  associated additional monthly fee and deposit.
• Sorry, absolutely no smokers, indoors, outdoors or otherwise.
• Credit, employment check, and recent rental references are required.
